Applies to seal tours, beach shuttles, and private charters. Dockage reservations have their own terms.
Weather Cancellations
If we cancel your tour or charter due to unsafe weather conditions, you receive a full refund. Your safety is always our top priority.
Customer Cancellations
Cancellations 7+ days ahead are free. Within 7 days we'll work with you to reschedule your tour or charter within the same season.
