How the Beach Shuttle Works

Beach shuttle trips leave our marina at 83 Seagull Road, Chatham. Departures to the beach run every hour from 9:00 AM, and the last boat over leaves at 3:00 PM.

Return pickups run every hour from 10:00 AM, and the last pickup of the day is at 4:00 PM — so you can stay out on the beach through the whole afternoon.

Choose your preferred departure and pickup times and enjoy the outer beach without the long walk or the need for a four-wheel-drive permit.

What to Bring

Bring water, sunscreen, food, and anything you’ll want for the day — there are no facilities on the outer beach. Pack it in, pack it out, and keep an eye on the tide and your pickup time.

The shuttle leaves right from Outermost Harbor Marine, the closest marina to North Beach Island, so you spend more time on the beach and less time getting there.
