Our 33′ Grady-White Canyon, the F/V Rainmaker, is a beautiful platform for Chatham's fisheries and beyond. Raymarine has sponsored the boat with top-of-the-line electronics. Marine toilet, ample seating, and one of the most comfortable rides you'll find.

The Isla Grace is our go-anywhere fishing machine with an open layout, commercial electronics, and twin Yamaha power. Built for offshore performance, this is the boat you want when heading out for bluefin tuna or striped bass.

Wide open deck space and top-tier Simrad electronics make the F/V Jackaroo the perfect platform for fly and spin fishing, while still capable offshore.

Your captains
Our captains bring a combined depth of local knowledge, professionalism, and passion for fishing that's hard to match. We're in our 15th year of full-time charter fishing out of Chatham — beginners and serious anglers welcome.
Devin has been fishing since he was a kid, all over the world. For the past 15 years he's focused on charter fishing on Cape Cod — from shark, whale, and seal tours to bluefin tuna and striped bass, he does it all. As Outermost Harbor's Master Captain, Devin's passion for the water and commitment to putting guests on fish (and wildlife) makes every trip one to remember.
Drew is a USCG Master Captain and the backbone of Down East Charters. With decades on Chatham waters, he brings unmatched local knowledge and a genuine love for putting clients on fish.
Tom brings eight years of experience navigating Chatham and the surrounding waters. A consummate professional, he blends passion for fishing with a daily commitment to safety, conservation, and fun. Tom is a recent father and is especially great with young anglers and family trips — patient, positive, and skillful.
Brett grew up in Chatham and has been on the water his whole life. After a charter trip as a boy convinced him this was his calling, he's been running trips ever since. His calm, patient approach resonates with anglers of all abilities — all around a great guy to spend a day on the water with.
